The Wayfarer's Guide to Worldbuilding
The Wayfarer’s Guide to Worldbuilding is a tool to help writers, DMs, and creatives build better worlds. Each episode explores one facet of worldbuilding—such as drafting the perfect city map, making a monster, or building an ancient religion—and, with the help of an expert, gives practical advice on how to make these elements realistic.
Along the way, we also compare and contrast these ideas with the great sci-fi and fantasy worldbuilders who came before us: Tolkien, Whedon, Roddenberry, Lucas, Rowling, and so many more. If you love dreaming up other worlds, join us wayfarers as we explore how to make our settings unique, scientific, and magical.
